Coworking in Pershore

A dedicated workspace for people who work independently — opening on Broad Street, June 2026.

What is coworking?

Coworking is simply a shared office space used by people who work for themselves or remotely — freelancers, consultants, remote employees, and small business owners who don't need (or want) a traditional office lease, but do need a proper place to work.

You pay for the desk time you need, use the shared facilities, and work alongside others in a calm, professional environment. It's a practical middle ground between working from home and renting your own office.

Why Pershore?

Pershore is a market town with a strong independent character — Georgian architecture, local businesses, independent shops, and a community that genuinely knows itself. It's also a town where a growing number of people work remotely or run their own businesses.

Until now, the options for those people have been limited: home, a coffee shop, or a commute to Worcester or further. Pershore Coworking is here to change that.

A proper coworking space in the centre of town — on Broad Street, next to Abbey Park — means you can work well without leaving Pershore to do it.

The problem with working from home

Working from home suits some people some of the time. But for many, it comes with real challenges:

A dedicated workspace solves all of these at once. You have a proper desk, a reliable connection, a quiet room if you need it, and the low-level energy of other people working nearby — without the noise of an open-plan office.

Who it's for

Pershore Coworking is designed for people who take their work seriously. In practice, that tends to mean:

If you're based in Pershore or the surrounding area — Upton upon Severn, Evesham, Eckington, or anywhere in this part of Worcestershire — and you're looking for a better way to work, this space is for you.

A workspace that fits how you work

There's no single way to use a coworking space, and we don't expect everyone to use it the same way.

A hot desk works well if you need flexibility — a day pass when you need focus, or a monthly plan for two or three days a week. A dedicated desk suits people who want their own space every day without paying for a full office. The private workspace is there for small businesses or individuals who want to close the door.

The meeting room is available to hire whether you're a member or not — useful if you occasionally need a professional space in Pershore for client meetings or team days.

Part of Pershore, not just in it

We're on Broad Street, in the centre of town. St Andrews Garden is through the back gate. A monthly market runs directly outside the front door. Independent coffee shops and places to eat are close by. A bus stop 30 seconds from the door runs services to Worcester, Evesham, and Pershore Railway Station. The Abbey and everything else Pershore has to offer is within easy reach.

We want Pershore Coworking to be a space that contributes to the town — not just a room with desks in it. The people who use it will, over time, become a community of their own: connected by the fact that they chose to work properly, and chose to do it in Pershore.
